Celebrating 30 Years by Giving Back: Announcing the First Installnet Community Impact Fund Recipients
As Installnet celebrates 30 years of helping create inspired workspaces, we’re also celebrating the communities that have supported us along the way.
To mark this milestone, we launched the Installnet Community Impact Fund—a new initiative that empowers our employees to recognize nonprofit organizations that have made a meaningful difference in their lives and communities.
Our staff nominated organizations they are passionate about, sharing personal stories about the impact these nonprofits have had on them, their families, and their communities. Six organizations were randomly selected to each receive a $500 donation, and we were proud to announce the recipients during this week’s company staff meeting.

Nominated by Luke Adomanis, Project Coordinator
“Annapolis Immigration Justice Network connects unaccompanied and separated children and families fleeing violence to immigration legal counsel and related support services. When we take care of everyone, we all prosper.”

Nominated by Dipshana Shrestha, Business Systems Analyst
“As a dog owner, I want to support an organization that gives dogs a second chance and helps them find safe, loving homes. Their work gives animals a better life while helping families find wonderful companions.”
Nominated by Laurie Gay, Project Manager
“The Luminis Health NICU – Teddy’s Place took such amazing care of my grandbabies and taught our whole family so much about what it means to look after two-pound infants. Knowing they were in such capable, compassionate hands gave us real peace of mind.”

Nominated by Kristina Burgess, Project Manager
“They help vulnerable individuals break cycles of trafficking, addiction, homelessness, and incarceration by providing support, stability, and hope. Their work transforms lives, strengthens families, and creates productive members of the community who are able to work, contribute, and build healthy relationships.”

Nominated by Ryan Tomoff, Accounting Assistant
“Specialove is important to me because it provides a much-needed community where kids with cancer are accepted at a summer camp centered around them. As someone who had cancer as a child, I know firsthand how important these moments are.”

Nominated by Jessa Provido, Project Coordinator
“This college provided a personalized, affordable education with dedicated mentors who went above and beyond to help me. They opened doors to internships, graduate school, and career opportunities while making a lasting impact on local students and the community.”
These organizations represent a wide range of causes—from supporting children and families, to animal rescue, healthcare, education, and helping individuals rebuild their lives. While each mission is unique, they all share a commitment to strengthening their communities and improving the lives of others.
We’re grateful to every employee who took the time to nominate an organization and share the personal stories behind their selections. Their passion is what made this initiative so meaningful.

The Installnet Community Impact Fund is just one of the ways we’re celebrating our 30th anniversary, and we look forward to making it an annual tradition for years to come.
