Today I am a bit of a proud Papa. And no, this time I’m not talking about my kids, Katie and Will, of whom I’m immensely proud. Starting a business is a bit like being a parent.

The first few years are a blur of exhaustion, anxiety, excitement and insecurity. As your baby begins to grow, your dreams grow with them, along with your gratitude for the many people who help along the way – people who leave indelible marks on your life and your child’s. There are tumultuous times, sure, when the growing pains seem overwhelming, and things become a bit unruly. But then one day you realize that this child of yours – this business – has grown into something that’s so much more than you could have ever imagined, something that will last long after you’re gone. And that fills you with gratitude and pride and yes, excitement for what’s still to come.

Today is that kind of day for me.

Today we are sharing Installnet’s new brand look, purpose and mission. I can’t help but think back over the last 27 years, from our small office with 3 people to today’s more than 75 employees and 350 furniture installation companies – the largest network of independent installation companies in North America. The new look is modern, innovative and approachable, reflecting our commitment to deliver industry-leading solutions that help people, business and communities thrive.

Our revitalized look, purpose, and mission better connects our range of services, from Installnet’s premium project management to Ecoserv, an award-winning circular decommission program and Installhub, our self-serve platform, formerly known as Office Furniture Installation Alliance (OFIA).
